Private Instruction

As a CIYT, I have studied the method and practice of Iyengar Yoga, as developed by B.K.S. Iyengar by studying with a mentor, passing a rigorous assessment process, and continuing my Iyengar education through workshops and classes with advanced teachers and experts. For more information, visit the IYNAUS Certification Page.

I love to share my yoga practice with others who want to develop alignment, strength, balance, flexibility, and awareness.

If you live in Little Rock and want personalized attention, private sessions in my home studio may be a good option. The space is equipped with a rope wall and other props. If you are not local, private Zoom sessions are also an option if you have your own props (at least a mat, 2 bricks, 3 firm blankets, a strap, a yoga chair, and a round bolster).

Private sessions are a great way to address acute and ongoing injuries or special needs. As an Iyengar yoga teacher I am trained in how to help you deal with issues like back pain, shoulder and neck pain, knee pain, or hip pain. We can find ways for you to achieve alignment in asana through the use of modifications and props. This alignment will carry over from the mat into the rest of your life, helping you to feel more comfortable, strong, and confident as you move around the world.

Chat with me here in Substack to inquire about starting private sessions.
